In accordance with the decision taken in the 2nd Steering Committee Meeting ofIBRAF which held on 29 September 2017 in Istanbul, the Term Presidency of  IBRAF was assumed by Adam BONI TESSI, the President of Benin Audiovisual and Communication High Authority (HAAC).
