The Visit of HAAC Delegation to the IBRAF Permanent Secretariat

Mr. Adam Boni Tessi who is the President of the High Authority of Audiovisual and Communication of Benin as well as the Term President of IBRAF and Mrs. Odile Hunsa Dehoumon who is the Coordinator of Executive Secretary of African Communication Regulation Authorities Network (ACRAN) have visited the Permanent Secretariat of IBRAF on 12 December 2017, within the framework of the preparatory works to the annual meeting of IBRAF which will be held in Benin Republic on 19-20 February 2018.
